Salvatore Filmes is a Brazilian production company founded in 2013. In 2016, it produced two series in co-production with FOX aired on FX, ‘Last Show of the World’ and ‘Foca News’. In 2020, it launched in co-production with Paramount the series ‘Auto Posto (Gas Station)’, which was successful on Comedy Central. In the documentary field, it produced the series ‘Portraits of South America’ (2018), filmed in 6 countries and the feature films by Gabriel Di Giacomo, ‘Blind March’ (2018), available on Amazon Prime Video and ‘Suffocated Memory’ (2022), selected for the São Paulo International Film Festival and the Malaga Film Festival (special jury mention). This year the comedy feature ‘Jumbled 2’, distributed by Buena Vista, will have its premiere and, in 2023, Salvatore will release the feature ‘Betânia’, written and directed by Marcelo Botta.

MARCELO BOTTA

In the 2020, he created and directed the fiction series "Auto Posto", which was a great success on Comedy Central and nominated for the ABRA Award for best script. In the same year, he released the documentary series 'Portraits Of South America' on Travel Box. He created, wrote and directed the feature film "Abestalhados 2" (2022) along with Marcos Jorge ("Estômago") in co-production with Disney. Botta wrote and directed, along with Gabriel Di Giacomo, the series "Foca News with Daniel Furlan (2016)", co-production with Fox aired on FX and also produced "O Último Programa do Mundo" for the same channel. At MTV Brasil, he directed tv shows that were extremely successful such as: "Comédia MTV" (APCA 2010 winner), "Adnet Ao Vivo", "Furo MTV", "Trolalá com Tatá Werneck"and the series "Adnet Viaja" (for which Marcelo Adnet won the APCA).

GABRIEL DI GIACOMO

Recently, he directed the documentary "Suffocated Memory"(2021), which had its premiere at the 45th São Paulo International Film Festival and received special jury mention at the Malaga Film Festival (2022). He directed and scripted the documentary "Blind March" (2018), selected for the festivals 22ª Cine PE (2018), Cine y Derechos Humanos Madrid, Visions du Réel (Media Library), among others. He is one of the screenwriters of the comedy "Abestalhados 2"(2022) and is producer and screenwriter of the documentary series "Portraits of South America"(2020).  In 2016, alongside Marcelo Botta, he directed and scripted the series "Foca News" and was producer of "Last Show of the World", both aired on FX. His career in television began in 2008 in the comedy team of MTV Brasil.
